JUST IN: Labour Party’s Legal Team Meets INEC Over Election Materials Inspection

A meeting of the legal team of the Labour Party (LP) is currently underway with officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja.

The meeting centres on the inspection of electoral materials used for the February 25 presidential election.

Reports say the Labour Party’s Head of the legal team, Dr. Livy Uzoukwu led 60 lawyers into the meeting and is expected to brief journalists afterward.

The meeting is being held at the commission’s national headquarters.
