KanyiDaily recalls that in 2022, the ailing actress had accused the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, of having an extramarital relationship with her.
Halima and her family claimed that Apostle Suleman had caused her to become ill, as she had become significantly weaker and less healthy than before.
She insisted that she never knew Suleman was married as he told her that he was separated. Halima shockingly revealed that she pleaded with him countless times to reconcile with his wife, but he remained adamant.
The actress revealed that the cleric first reached out to her on phone to be his friend. They got talking for four months and he sent her N500,000 to show he was serious about his relationship with her.
The ailing actress also recounted how Apostle Suleman proposed to her seven times, slept with her on many occasions while she was bleeding and she lost three pregnancies for him.
The actress, who’s been battling an undisclosed ailment for a while which necessitated her decision to quit acting, recently announced her return to the spotlight while expressing her gratitude to God for all He has done for her.
Taking to her Instagram page, Halima shared new photos and videos of herself, and advised her female fans to stay away from dating other women’s husbands as she did in the past.
Halima, who also appreciated all her fans for their prayers, love, and encouragement, revealed that she’s on a new path to a new life, suggesting she was recuperating after having undergone surgery.
“Leave a life you would be proud of. Thank you all for all the prayers and encouragement, love. I am on a new part to a new life. Strive to be new you and stay safe and normally right…
“No do side chick o…see u soon. Find a side business and leave people’s husband. Let’s do this. Don’t make the mistake I made. The idea is to be morally right,” she wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Apostle Johnson Suleman had filed a lawsuit against Halima Abubakar for defamation of his character and demanded N1 billion as aggravated and exemplary damages for libel.
