“Present Nigeria To God, Ask Him To Heal Our Land” – Peter Obi Tells Christians

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has urged Christians to pray for the country.

Peter Obi stated this on his Twitter page while commemorating Good Friday which he claimed is the period for “sober reflections on our lives on earth.”

The former Anambra governor urged Christians to present Nigeria to God and ask him to heal our land, stressing that the way of the cross remains the way to victory.

He wrote, “The commemoration of Good Friday presents us the opportunity for sober reflections on our lives on earth.

“Today, we are reminded that the way of the cross is the way to victory. I urge our Christian brethren to present our nation to God in prayer. May God heal our land. May God bless our nation, Nigeria. -PO”

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has sent his Easter message to Nigerians, urging those aggrieved about the outcome of the 2023 elections to “allow our legal system run its course”.
