The pre-hearing session of his petition against the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate was fixed for today, Thursday, May 11, 2023.
Atiku was accompanied by Liyel Imoke, former Cross River state governor; Boni Haruna, former Adamawa state governor; Babangida Aliyu, former Niger state governor; and Uche Secondus, former national chairman of the PDP.
Iliya Umar Damagum, PDP acting national chairman; Dino Melaye, PDP governorship candidate in Kogi, and party stalwarts were in his entourage.
