The 38-year-old actress experienced a wardrobe malfunction leading to one of her breasts accidentally slipping out of her bikini, exposing her nipple.
Unaware of the situation, the mother of one captured the moment while recording herself, but a friend rushed to her aid and covered her up to prevent any further exposure on the Instagram Live stream.
