“I Never See N100k Before” – ‘Broke’ Lady Who Davido Gifted N2m, Showers Prayers On Him [Video]

A young skitmaker identified as Okoli Classic has taken to social media to appreciate Afrobeats superstar, Davido after he gifted her the sum of N2 million for entertaining him with her content.

KanyiDaily recalls that Okoli Classic went viral on Instagram after sharing a video where she humorously narrated how she was feeling hungry and only a small amount of money.

In the video, the young lady revealed that she wanted to buy “fried rice and chicken” around 11 PM, but ended up getting Garri (cassava flakes), milk, an apple, and pure water to eat instead.

She playfully shared the moment she soaked and drank the Garri while revealing that she opted to use apple because the fruit contains vitamins A and C, which would prevent her from going blind.

After watching her video, celebrity blogger, Tunde Ednut shared it with Davido who enjoyed the content and expressed his desire to send Okoli Classic the sum of N2 million.

Sharing a screenshot of Davido’s message, Tunde revealed that the singer’s generosity is the reason why many people love him. He also appealed for prayers in support of the singer.

In a new video shared on her Instagram page, Okoli Classic, deeply touched by Davido’s kind act, mentioned that her phone had been acting up since she received the message.

She revealed her intention to use the money to purchase a new phone. She joyfully said, “My phone no gree on since morning, is it not my village people, my phone can’t carry the message, Happiness wan kee mee I don’t know what I want to say.”

In another clip, she expressed her gratitude by praying for both Davido and Tunde Ednut who shared her video. She also revealed she has never received N100k in her life,

Sharing the video, she captioned it with a heartfelt message: “Jesus Christ @davido may my God continue to bless you I don’t want to say but I pray God bless. Thank you”

Addressing those doubting Davido’s generosity, Okoli Classic confirmed that she had received the money as expressed her deep appreciation for the unexpected ‘blessing’ she received from the singer.
