President Bola Ahmed Tinuby has allocated portfolios to newly appointed ministers. Immediate past governors of Ebonyi and Rivers State, David Umahi and Nyesom Wike, have been appointed as Minister of Works, and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory respectively.
