Mr. Joseph Ayoba, the father of the late artist Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Ayoba, popularly known as Mohbad, has disclosed the cause of his son’s death.
KanyiDaily recalls that Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12, under circumstances that have led to conflicting reports about the cause of his death.
During an emotional interview, Mr. Ayoba, still deeply affected by the loss, shared his close bond with Mohbad and recounted a troubling dream involving a gun just 48 hours before his son’s tragic demise.
He said, ”I had a dream about him, two days before the incident. In the dream, I saw someone trying to shoot me. I thought I escaped the bullet not knowing something like this would happen to me.”
On what led to his son’s death, Ayoba said contrary to suspicions of foul play, he believes that his son’s demise resulted from an injection administered by an auxiliary nurse to treat his ear infection.
He said, “According to what I heard from people, though I don’t believe was that an auxiliary nurse administered him an injection, and that could have led to anything.”
