“You Haven’t Paid For Three Verses I Gifted Your Dead Career” – Davido Replies Dammy Krane

Afrobeats superstar, Davido has responded to singer Dammy Krane who called him out over unpaid royalties and debts related to a song they collaborated on.

KanyiDaily recalls that Dammy Krane had claimed that Davido owed him for their collaboration on his song, ‘Pere’, urging the singer to pay him his money for his daughter’s sake.

Reacting on his Twitter page, Davido claimed that not only did Dammy Krane fail to pay for the three songs he provided but he also recounted a time when he provided food and shelter for the singer.

He wrote, “I never got paid for that also my 3 verses I’ve gifted you all your dead careeer … .. oh yea plus my royalties , we charge now so that’s about $150 k x3 a verse.. also house rent and food when when u stayed in my house in Atlanta when you were homeless .. ⏳”

In another separate post, Davido expressed his disappointment, stating, “The level of ungratefulness is alarming … lesson learnt.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Music producer, Samklef had also threatened to drag Davido if he fails to pay the N1million he is owing one Mastermind since 2020.
