Ghanaian singer, Stonebwoy reveals that he has Nigerian heritage

Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known as Stonebwoy, a Ghanaian singer, has disclosed that he is of Nigerian descent.

Stonebwoy, a member of Ghana’s Ewe tribe, claimed to be descended from the old Oyo Kingdom in Nigeria.

He also stated that his Ewe clan was the first to settle in Ilesha, Osun State.

The dancehall star recently chatted with prominent Lagos influencer Ola.

Stonebwoy remarked in Pidgin, “Me sef nah Naija, no lies.” My clan went from Nigeria to Ghana here, na we get Illesha, and I am an Ewe from Oyo Kingdom. A special shout-out to my people in southern Nigeria. Check Ewe, we’re rooting for Yoruba.”

Kanyidaily recalls that Stonebwoy pulled out a gun as Shatta Wale attacks him on stage.
