A female hostel at Yobe State University was consumed by fire on Tuesday, resulting in the destruction of a complete block accommodating about 150 students.
The fire ignited just after 7 pm on Tuesday, while the majority of students were occupied with evening activities on campus. However, the cause of the inferno is yet to be determined
