Nigerian producer Chisom Faith, popularly known as Rexxie, has issued a distress call seeking assistance after being arrested by Ugandan authorities.

The producer, who recently proposed to his girlfriend, took to his Instagram page on Monday morning to share his predicament.

Rexxie disclosed that he is currently in custody with Ugandan Immigration authorities, but he did not provide details regarding the circumstances leading to his arrest, which he described as “unfair.”

In a plea for help, Rexxie reached out to his followers, urging them to support his cause for release by using the hashtag, “UgandaFreeRexxie.”

“I’ve been arrested at the Ugandan Immigration. Pls I need help. This is so unfair! HELP HELP HELP!!! #UgandaFreeRexxie,” he wrote.
