Israel DMW, the logistics manager for Afrobeats star Davido, has candidly discussed the drama trailing his failed marriage with ex-wife, Sheila Courage.

In a live video conversation with media personality Daddy Freeze, Israel shared details of their tumultuous relationship, shedding light on a particularly disheartening incident involving Sheila’s return of the bride price.

Contrary to Sheila’s public statement indicating the return of the entire bride price, Israel clarified that she had only sent a sum of N1,000 through her bank account.

Stressing that he spent over N2 million on the bride price, Israel DMW expressed his disappointment in his ex-wife and her family.

Davido’s aide emphasized that according to traditional customs, the return of the bride price is a responsibility borne by the bride’s family, not him directly.
