“If I Was President For A Day, Women Won’t Pay For Anything” – Ayra Starr [Video]

Nigerian songstress, Ayra Starr has expressed her desire to ensure that women and children enjoy a day of cost-free living under her leadership.

Ayra Starr disclosed this during a candid interview with MTV UK when questioned about the laws she would enact if given the presidential role for a day.

The interview asked, “If you were a president for a day, what would you do, what laws would you enact?”

The singer replied, “If I was president for a day, I would make sure women don’t have to pay for anything. Everything free. All the bags, all the jewellery, food.

“Women and children won’t have to pay for anything. Always and forever!”

During the lighthearted interview, Ayra Starr was also quizzed on her opinion regarding the most toxic star sign.

She said, “Oh I know this one. I’m kidding. I love all the star signs, so nobody should come for me – but run away from a scorpion! Run away [laughs].”

KanyiDaily recalls that Ayra Starr recently claimed that she has received advice from her mother to refrain from wearing short skirts.
