The actress’ post comes a few days after her nephew Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin, shared videos of themselves singing along to different songs.
Rita, who is known for her unwavering support for Yul’s estranged wife, May Edochie, took to her Instagram page to express her disapproval of Judy.
In her post, the actress expressed her disapproval of those whose intentions and life achievements revolve around seizing what rightfully belongs to others.
She emphasized that such people, upon succeeding in their wrongful endeavors, celebrate exuberantly as if they have won a prestigious award, unaware that their actions may lead to their own downfall.
Rita Edochie noted that no evil deed will go unpunished and advised people to live a decent life, cautioning against coveting things that do not rightfully belong to them.
The movie star further stressed the importance of modesty and highlighted the pride that comes with leading an honorable life.
She wrote: “THERE ARE PEOPLE WHOSE INTENTIONS AND LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENTS ARE JUST TO SNATCH WHAT BELONGS TO ANOTHER PERSON.
“ONCE THEY DO THAT, THEY ARE SEEN SINGING, JUMPING AND DANCING LIKE THEY HAVE WON A GOLD MEDAL NOT KNOWING THEY HAVE JUST SEIZED WHAT IS GRADUALLY LEADING TO THEIR DESTRUCTION.
“NO EV!L SHALL GO UNPUNISHED.
“LIVE A DECENT LIFE, COMMOT YA EYE FOR WETIN NO BE YOU GET SO THAT YOUR DAYS SHALL BE LONG. THERE IS SO MUCH PRIDE IN MODESTY.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Rita Edochie slammed Judy Austin for allegedly asking her husband’s first wife, May Edochie, to drop his surname.
