KanyiDaily had reported how a two-storey building Saint Academy in Jos North collapsed on Friday, killing 22 students and injuring 132 others.
Reacting to the Plateau school building collapse via her X page, Simi blamed the incident on negligence and the lack of value for life in Nigeria.
The singer wrote: “All those babies just gone like that because of people’s negligence. The worst thing about Nigeria is the lack of value for life. The things people die for are so maddening.”
KanyiDaily recalls that many people were recently trapped following the collapse of a building under construction near the Ochanja market in Onitsha, Anambra State.
