Last weekend, Spotify transformed Lagos Island’s WAF Skatepark into a vibrant hub, celebrating the perfect blend of skateboarding and music. The event exposed the city’s thriving skate culture, pulsing with authenticity, energy and community.
Hosted by Ire Culture, the event was a whirlwind of excitement and creativity. The DJ lineup was on fire, with OOO, Dutty Yosa and WEAREALLCHEMICALS keeping the crowd energized throughout the day.
The skate competitions were off the hook, with skaters defying gravity and imagination to pull off mind-blowing tricks. The music was just as impressive, with Rigo Kamp, Siraheem and Cruel Santino captivating the crowd with their performances. Uncle Bubu wrapped up the event with his DJ set, making the night even more memorable. Skate Noise was more than just a showcase of incredible skateboarding skills, it was a vibrant celebration of urban fashion. The event highlighted stylish streetwear, amplifying the excitement and energy of the experience.
