Blaqbonez Reunites With Father Who Abandoned Him At Birth

Nigerian rapper, Blaqbonez has reconnected with his father, who left him and his mother at birth to move to Germany.

In a past interview with Chude Jideonwo, Blaqbonez recounted how his father abandoned the family right after his birth and relocated abroad, leaving his mother to raise him alone.

The rapper spoke about the emotional impact of growing up without his father, revealing that his parents were never married and that his father had initially denied being his biological parent.

He said now that he has attained some level of fame as one of Nigeria’s hottest rappers, his father is trying to make amends by reaching out to him and complaining about him (Blaqbonez) not bothering to check up on him, hence, being disrespectful.

However, it seems the two have mended their relationship, as they recently reunited at a family event.

Blaqbonez posted a photo of himself with his father on his Instagram story, captioning it “Father and son.” The image showed them sitting side by side, both dressed in traditional attire.

KanyiDaily recalls that in 2023, Blaqbonez surprised his mother, Okposio Roseline, with a brand-new car for her birthday.
