Men Don’t Want To Marry Me Because I’m Single Mother Of Two – Kaffy [Video]

Nigerian dancer, Kaffy, has opened up about the difficulties she faces in her personal life since her divorce.

Speaking in a recent podcast, the 45-year-old revealed that many men avoid her because she is a single mother of two children.

Kaffy criticized the stigma society places on divorced women, especially those with children.

She questioned why people assume such women are less desirable when, in reality, many marriages eventually end in separation.

She argued that divorced people who have taken time to heal and work on themselves could make even better partners than people who have never been married.

The dancer noted that over 70 percent of marriages eventually collapse, stressing that love should be defined by peace and security, not by anxiety or temporary excitement.

Kaffy admitted that she is still healing from the emotional scars of her past, explaining that she spent much of her adult life trying to fix a failing marriage while also protecting her children from the pain.

Defending her integrity, the mother of two dismissed claims that she was irresponsible or reckless in her relationships.

She said, “I’ve had somebody tell me because I’m a single mother, I can’t even think about dating me because I have two children.

“99% of the people that criticize me about my marriage are either not married today or have left their marriages.

“What makes you think that a woman that has been divorced is not even the better candidate If she has worked on herself, what is the guarantee that the two single people today are not both going to be divorced people tomorrow?

“Because why are people feeling like, I need to marry him fresh and I need to marry her fresh. But both of you are going into the same data that the world has computed for you. There are over 70% of marriages crashed. You are part of the 70%. There’s just so many stuff.

“I’m 45, but I’ve spent the last 10 years of my adult life trying to fix it. My children were looking at us and I’m like, go. If you have to leave. Oh, really? Oh, yeah. You think I’m irresponsible?
