Actress Mercy Aigbe Announces Her Mother’s Death

Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has lost her mother, Abisola Grace Owodunni.

The actress made the announcement in an Instagram post on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

She did not reveal when or how her mother passed away but shared the heartbreaking news with a simple tribute that included a candlelight image and the caption, “R.I.P Mum.”

Her post quickly attracted an outpouring of condolences from fans, colleagues, and friends across the entertainment industry, all expressing their sympathy and support during her time of grief.
