Reactions As Man Attack Naira Marley While Performing On Stage In Cotonou [Video]

A viral video has shown the shocking moment a man tried to attack Nigerian singer Naira Marley during his concert in Cotonou, Benin Republic.

The Marlian Music boss was in the middle of his performance when a man, alleged to be a devoted fan of the late Mohbad, a former artist under Marley’s record label, suddenly rushed toward him.

Security operatives, including Naira Marley’s friend Sam Larry, quickly intervened and overpowered the intruder before he could reach the singer.

Reacting to the incident, Naira Marley shared the video on his X page with a joking caption: “The moment I got attacked on stage 😂😂😂😂 see baba oninu re.”

The video has since stirred reactions on social media. While many fans condemned the attacker and expressed concern for the singer’s safety, others questioned the authenticity of the scene, suggesting it might have been staged for attention.
