“I Can Satisfy And Give You Peace” – Isoko Man Publicly Proposes To Tiwa Savage

A Nigerian man identified as Festus Awolowo Etame, from the Isoko in Delta State, has sent another public marriage proposal to award-winning singer Tiwa Savage.

The letter, dated Wednesday, October 23, 2025, comes just a week after his first proposal to the Afrobeats star.

Festus, who described himself as a management consultant, author, and publisher, expressed deep admiration for Tiwa and said his intentions were genuine, not motivated by fame or money.

In the lengthy letter, the man urged the singer to avoid becoming a second or third wife, warning that such a decision could negatively affect her career and peace of mind.

However, he advised her to marry a Christian man who would love her sincerely and treat her son as his own.

He also claimed that a monogamous marriage would give her true peace, love, happiness and sexual satisfaction, saying that a faithful husband would “perform ultimately for spousal good.”

The letter partly reads, “Almost one week ago, I wrote and submitted a marriage proposal to you. Indeed, I dreamed of having you as my better-half. It’s my belief that you’re too young and beautiful to be a second or third wife to any polygynist.

“Men, by nature, view themselves as conquerors in spousal relationships. Becoming a second or third wife will atrophy your music talents. Spousal conflicts will negatively affect your musical inspiration.

“I speak from my knowledge of a son born in polygamy. My dad had 19 children. I grew up in a polygamous home where rivalries and petty jealousies between wives exist.

“You’re too beautiful and talented to be in such a situation. It’s a battlefield, where, as a global brand, you’ll be enmeshed in diurnal blows.

“You need a husband who’s monogamous and willing to love you, and adopt your son as his. Marrying into a monogamous, nuclear family will give you an Eldorado — peace, perfect peace, love, beauty, and longevity.

“Sexual satisfaction from a husband with one wife will give you rest of mind. Such a husband will be fit enough to sexually perform ultimately for spousal good. Sexual satisfaction breeds peace and contentment.

“Lest I forget, you had tasted marriage before. You cannot afford to go into another marriage to fight marriage wars. You’ve only one life to live. Once beaten, twice shy.

“Yes, there are tens of marriage proposals flooding your Internet space. Most of these guys are out to chop and run. For me, I’m coming in to continuously water the garden. I’m going to add, not reduce, to your successes.

“For the record, I’m a Nigerian. I’m Isoko of Delta State. In all modesty, I’m educated: an alumnus of the Universities of Benin and Lagos. I’m a Management Consultant, Author and Publisher of academic textbooks.

“As I said earlier, I’m NOT coming to chop (eat) and run. I’m eminently qualified to run your music brand, tour plans and add to your release of more global serenade of evergreen music.

“As you can deduct from my proposal, I’m single. I was once married to a beautiful and intelligent Yoruba woman of Ijebu stock.

“However, God made her to kick the bucket on Monday, 19th August, 2019. She was 59. I still cherish her care and evergreen counsel. If it’s God’s will, you’ll fill the void, won’t you?

“I’m not looking for a perfect TOS. No! You’ve your own weaknesses. I, too, have mine. We’ll work out a way to bond our relationship. I know you’re sanguine in temperament. I’m choleric.

“As a Christian, I do not drink alcohol; I do not smoke; I do not womanize. Even if you drink alcohol, I won’t castigate you. We shall have a Damascus-road encounter. Deep calls deep.

“You please marry a Christian. Don’t marry any man, though a billionaire, who has four or five wives already. Most polygamous marriages are covers of witches and wizards. The wives already in that marriage will bring you down.

“Accept my marriage proposal. I pray God to guide you in choosing a husband. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.Sincerely yours, Festus Awolowo Etame, Abuja.”

His renewed proposal followed Tiwa Savage’s interview, where she revealed she might consider becoming a second wife, since many of her potential suitors were either older or already married.

The letter has since gone viral on social media, with many Nigerians reacting to Festus’s bold and emotional approach.

As of the time of filing this report, Tiwa Savage has not responded publicly to his proposal.

KanyiDaily recalls that Tiwa Savage recently brushed off unsolicited advice about her personal life and career from fans.
