In a post shared on Instagram, Ice Prince admitted that he had been living an unhealthy lifestyle and was “about to explode” from bad eating habits and poor daily routines.
He revealed that two close friends, music producer Chopstix and another named Dami, motivated him to take fitness seriously.
According to Ice him, Chopstix once told him to “let’s lose the belly,” a comment that sparked his decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
He said from that point, Chopstix began visiting him every evening, and together they would take hour-long walks around his estate.
Ice Prince described these walks as both healing and deeply meaningful, noting that their conversations helped him stay committed to his goals.
As his birthday on October 30 approaches, the rapper announced plans to release new music, proudly stating that it would come “in his new body.”
He also advised his fans to embrace natural methods for fitness instead of relying on artificial supplements, reminding them that “health is wealth.”
Reflecting on his journey, Ice Prince expressed gratitude for his friends’ support and his renewed focus on wellness, calling it one of the best decisions of his life.

“Was literally about to explode.. no sickness ( Bless God ) just bad habits and choices, but then Chopstix and Dami said ‘let’s loose the belly Ice’ and that really sparked something in my brain that got me activated..
“From that meeting, my brother chopstix started coming to my house everyday after dinner and we both walked my estate for an hour and unoo chopper gist na normally for Phd students lol but our talks during those walks are priceless to me, as every other thing we’ve both talked about since we were kids !!! buss a shot fa ma true fren🥂
