It was gathered that the meeting focused on improving relations between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

According to the statement, the meeting is expected to lead to the signing of several agreements covering areas such as trade, investment, defence, and cultural exchange.
The statement explained that the meeting shows Nigeria’s effort to strengthen its partnership with Britain, attract more foreign investors, and upgrade important infrastructure to boost the economy.

It added that one of the key outcomes of the visit is to sign a £746 million financing deal involving UK Export Finance, the Nigerian Ports Authority, and the Federal Ministry of Finance.
The statement added that the funding will be used to upgrade two major ports — the Lagos Port Complex and the Tin Can Island Port Complex.
Earlier, President Tinubu and the First Lady, Remi Tinubu were hosted by King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle.
Tinubu is accompanied by several top government officials, including Godswill Akpabio, Lateef Fagbemi, Dele Alake, Mohammed Idris, and Bianca Ojukwu.
Other members of the delegation include Wale Edun, Jumoke Oduwole, Hannatu Musawa, Bosun Tijani, Christopher Musa, Nuhu Ribadu, and Mohammed Mohammed.
