Kate Henshaw Reveals Why She’s No Longer Close With Genevieve Nnaji [Video]

Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has spoken about her relationship with fellow movie star Genevieve Nnaji.

During an interview on the ‘Tea With Tay’ podcast, Kate Henshaw explained that she still does not know what led to the distance between them.

According to her, they were once very close and often attended events together before things suddenly changed.

“We grew apart. We were close and we used to go to events together and then there was that gap…I don’t know what happened, I don’t know what came over her but hey, I moved on,” she said.

Henshaw also shared her thoughts on friendships and relationships, saying people come into one’s life for different purposes and at different stages.

She explained that some people remain permanent parts of one’s life, while others are only there for a period of time.

“I say this with hindsight: People are in your life for different reasons and seasons,” she said.

“Some are roots, some are branches, some are leafs. That’s how it is through life. Roots would always be roots.”
