Speaking during a sermon captured in a viral video, Mbaka argued that the kidnapping was being used to create public anger toward the federal government.
The cleric called on Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, to take urgent action over the incident.
He also urged Nigerians to focus attention on the state government’s role in addressing the security challenge.
According to him, those behind the abduction may be attempting to use the tragedy to weaken support for Tinubu ahead of future elections.
“Governor Makinde wake up. Let Nigerians march to Oyo State. There is a governor there. We should hold Tinubu responsible if he is owing security votes of state.
“If they want to overthrow Tinubu it is not by kidnapping our chidlren. So that the whole Nigeria will be angry against the president,” he said.
Mbaka compared the incident to the 2014 kidnapping of the Chibok schoolgirls, claiming that a similar strategy was used during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
“That was what they did against Jonathan. They have started it again. Let Nigerians not be deceived. It is a satanic political agenda.
“Putting panic in the county so that everybody will say the president should go,” Mr Mbaka said.
Mbaka said Nigerians should not allow themselves to be manipulated by fear and insecurity, describing the situation as a political agenda aimed at creating panic and pressure on the current administration.
The cleric further appealed to Governor Makinde to intensify efforts to locate and rescue the victims, while condemning those behind the kidnapping.
He added, “Then if this one goes who else will come and they’ll support him.
“Governor Makinde take the phone and trace where they are. I’m speaking on prophetic anger it shall not be well those who are doing this thing because today it’s these children who knows who will be the next victim don’t think you’re safe.”
He also offered prayers against those responsible for the abduction and called for swift action to bring the children and teachers home safely.
