Jude Okoye’s Wife Ify Reacts To Peter Okoye’s Allegations Against Her

Ify Okoye, wife of music executive and former P-Square manager Jude Okoye, has reacted to the ongoing family dispute.

Ify, whose real name is Ifeoma Okoye, said she is leaving the matter in God’s hands following allegations made by her brother-in-law, Peter Okoye.

Peter recently claimed in his video series that Jude tried to transfer Peter’s ownership interest in the P-Square management structure to Ify without his approval.

Responding on her Instagram story, Ify said she had seen reports she believes have been distorted to involve her in a conflict she neither started nor wanted to be part of.

She explained that she has decided not to exchange accusations or defend herself publicly, stressing that she is placing her trust in God.

There comes a time when silence is no longer about fear, but about entrusting the truth to God,” she wrote.

According to her, God knows “every conversation, every intention, and every truth hidden from human eyes.”

She also referred to the biblical story of Ananias and Sapphira, saying it serves as a reminder that although people may hide the truth from others, nothing is hidden from God.

Ify wrote: “The story of Ananias and Sapphira reminds us that while people can deceive others for a time, no one can deceive God.

“He is the righteous Judge who weighs every motive, exposes every falsehood, and upholds the truth in His perfect time.”

Jude’s wife said she has no reason to explain herself to people who have already chosen to misunderstand her.

She said, “I have no desire to defend myself before those committed to misunderstanding me. Truth does not need manipulation to prevail, and I trust God to vindicate what is right.”

Rather than praying for punishment, Ify said she is praying for mercy, healing, and peace for everyone involved.

My prayer is not for judgment, but for mercy. May God bring conviction where it is needed, healing where there is brokenness, and peace where there is unrest.”

She also prayed for softened hearts, restored relationships, and guidance towards “truth, humility, repentance, and His perfect love.”
