“Sign All of Us” — Odumodublvck Appeals to Tinubu for Financial Support

Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has stirred reactions online after calling on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to provide financial support for entertainers across the country.

The rapper made the appeal while reacting to a post shared by President Tinubu on X on Friday. The post was about the President’s meeting in Paris with Vincent Bolloré, an entertainment and media executive associated with the Bolloré Group.

Reacting to the President’s comments about the global recognition and prestige Nigeria’s entertainment industry has earned, Odumodublvck urged Tinubu to go beyond celebrating the achievements of Nigerian artistes by providing financial assistance to them.

He also suggested that government-backed funding could help reduce conflicts between artistes and record labels while creating opportunities for upcoming and underground musicians.

“Baba come give boys advance from government funds. Na you go be the biggest label boss. Because of you, artists no go fight their labels and underground artists go see something,” he wrote.
He added, “Baba, come sign all of us. And I mean all of us.”
