Aduke Gold’s Family Announce Her Funeral Arrangements

Pastor Ajayi Aderogbo, the stepbrother of gospel singer Aduke Ajayi, popularly known as Aduke Gold, shared details about her funeral arrangements.

In an interview clip released on Wednesday, Pastor Ajayi Aderogbo talked about his close bond with Aduke Gold.

He said, “I’m her elder brother and like a father to her because we share the same father but have different mothers. I began taking care of her in 1993 after the death of our father.”

Pastor Aderogbo then revealed the family’s plans for Aduke Gold’s burial.

“We held a family meeting and decided that the burial would take place on the 23rd of August, with several outlined programmes. On the 21st, there will be a candlelight vigil,” he said.

Pastor Ajayi also dismissed rumors that Aduke Gold died from fibroid surgery, explaining instead that she had been battling cervical cancer.
