Family Announces Burial Arrangements For Late Nollywood Actor, Saint Obi

The family of the late Nollywood actor, Obinna Nwafor, popularly known as Saint Obi, has announced his funeral arrangements.

KanyiDaily reported how Saint Obi died at the age of 57 after a prolonged illness on May 7, 2023, at the home of one of his siblings on 13 Metropolitan Street in Tudun Wada, Jos, Plateau State.

According to a flyer released by the actor’s family on Thursday, August 3, the burial ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 18 in their hometown, Umuezealaeze, Alaenyi Ogwa, in Imo State.

”The Nwafor family of Ogwa, Imo State cordially invites you as, Our Superhero goes home Obinna Nwafor Saint Obi, Our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and son.

“The Furnal service and interment will hold at the Saint Obi’s family home, Umuezealaeze, Alaenyi Ogwa, Imo State,” the flyer reads.

KanyiDaily recalls that Saint Obi’s family had also denied the allegations made by filmmaker, Zik Okafor that the actor’s death was caused by his ex-wife, Lynda Saint-Nwafor.
