UK Court Confirms Poco Lee Was Granted Bail Ahead Of September 15 Hearing

Snaresbrook Crown Court confirmed the development in an email to PUNCH Online on Monday.

The Defendant has been granted bail on the 11th September 2026.

“There is a plea and trial preparation hearing on the 15th September 2026,” the court said.

However, being granted bail does not mean the case has been dropped or concluded.

The Crown Prosecution Service had earlier confirmed that the case was still ongoing and that Poco Lee was due to appear in court for the September 15 hearing.

Poco Lee is facing five sexual offence charges in the UK including one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration.

He has denied the allegations and maintained that he is innocent.
