The 26-year-old artist, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is facing three felony counts of battery causing injury to a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.

If convicted, Lil Nas X could face up to five years in prison.

Police said they were called out early Thursday morning after receiving reports of a nude man wandering the streets of Studio City.

When officers arrived, the Grammy winner allegedly charged at them before he was taken to a hospital for a possible drug overdose.

Lil Nas X was arraigned in a Los Angeles courthouse on Monday, where a judge set his bail at $75,000.

KanyiDaily published videos showing Lil Nas walking the streets in just white underwear and cowboy boots before eventually stripping naked.

One clip shows him rapping Kanye West’s “Monster” while approaching a passing car.

The cowboy boots he left behind were reportedly picked up by someone and listed on eBay for $10,000.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that three officers were injured during the scuffle.

District Attorney Nathan Hochman said the case is being taken seriously, stressing that attacks on law enforcement put public safety at risk, regardless of celebrity status.

He said, “Attacking police officers is more than just a crime against those individuals but a direct threat to public safety.

Anyone who assaults law enforcement will face serious consequences, no matter who they are or how famous they may be.”

Lil Nas X spent the weekend in jail before his court appearance.

The incident comes as he prepares to release his second studio album, “Dreamboy”, later this year. He recently teased new tracks on Instagram.
