US-based Nigerian blogger, Tunde Ednut, has sparked conversations online after making a joke about Afrobeats superstar Wizkid not owning a private jet.
The buzz started when a fan asked Tunde Ednut when he planned to buy a jet like his colleague, Davido, who recently showed off his father’s third private jet, reportedly worth millions of dollars.
In his response, the eblogger said that he would only buy a private jet after Wizkid gets one.
“After Wizkid, by God’s grace,” Tunde Ednut wrote.
His remark quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans on social media.
While some saw it as harmless banter, others felt Tunde was deliberately taking a swipe at Wizkid to stir controversy.
