Phyna became a major topic on social media after streamer Davrel recorded her while she appeared to be attending to customers at the restaurant.

In the video, Phyna looked uncomfortable with the recording and questioned why the camera was being pointed at her.

Reacting to the backlash online, the reality TV star said she sees nothing wrong with taking up honest work instead of pretending to live a fake wealthy lifestyle on social media.

She questioned why people were criticising her over claims that she was working as a waitress or sales attendant at a restaurant.

What is wrong if I am actually working as a sales girl, as a waiter at a restaurant? Why the bashing online?” she said.

Phyna also explained that life after winning BBNaija has not remained as financially rewarding as many people believe.

According to her, endorsement deals and influencer jobs are no longer coming regularly, making it difficult for some former reality stars to maintain the glamorous image fans expect.

Things are no longer as easy as they used to be. What would you have me do when brands no longer want people to influence for them, and maybe I cannot secure a 9-5 job, and even if I can the pay is not okay,” she added

Her comments have continued to spark debate online, with some social media users applauding her honesty and willingness to work, while others expressed surprise over her situation.
