Mercy Johnson’s PR agency, Big Sam just confirmed to Linda Ikeji that Prince Odianosen Okojie has formally divorced his estranged wife, Lovely Okojie.
According to BigSam, the divorce was finalized on Tuesday 23 August, 2011, at the Igueben Area Customary Court, in Benin, Edo State.(divorce suit No:- IACC/14/2011). Okojie filed for divorce on 12th of July, but it was only finalized and secured on Tuesday, 23 August, 2011, (72hours before his wedding to Mercy) at the Igueben Area Customary Court, in Benin, Edo State, and Okojie is said to have refunded the N100 bride price.
Mercy and Odi’s court wedding which was scheduled for today didn’t hold. They are skipping that part and concentrating on the traditional and white wedding which will hold tomorrow and saturday,
