PHOTO Of The Day: Can You Believe His 100 Years Old?
He is Former
Mr Universe Manohar Aich and he celebrated his 100th birthday in India on 18th March this year. He said the  key to long life is not taking things too seriously.
Despite battling poverty, a stint in prison and a minor stroke the
happy-go-lucky muscle man is still fighting fit.
Still looking young and strong at 100 years,this must be a result of eating right and exercising well.
