Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler has just been crowned Miss Universe 2013 which is taking place at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.
Spain’s Patricia Yurena Rodriguez finished as the first runner-up while Ecuador’s Constanza Baez was the second runner up.
