The people who uploaded the video captioned it ”Watch as South African Police Brutalize Nigerian Citizen” I cant say if his really a Nigerian citizen or not as his identity is yet to be identified but whatever nationality he is and whatever offence he ”might” have committed, that’s a terrible way to treat someone.
