Many are currently feared dead in a bomb explosion which occurred at workers’ biometric screening centre in Sabon Gari local government area of Kaduna State this morning.

The biometric screening is being carried out for civil servants to register themselves with the new government.

Update 1: Kano state governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has confirmed the blast. He tweeted this below:
