President Muhammadu Buhari has met the Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF) over the disagreement between them and the Organised Labour on the new proposed N30,000 minimum wage.
On Wednesday, 14 November 2018, the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) disclosed that it might have to resort to tough measures in order to afford the N30,000 national minimum wage.

The New Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that representatives of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), has finally met with the president over the issue in a closed-door meeting on Monday, November 19, 2018.
The Governors included Governors of Zamfara, Lagos, Kaduna, and Enugu, while the Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige was also in attendance.
