Revealed! Why Aisha Stopped Campaigning For Her Husband, President Buhari

The Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari has not been active in the re-election campaign of her husband, President Muhammadu Buhari.

Concerns have been raised about the whereabouts of Mrs. Buhari after she led her campaign team to a rally in Kano state on January 5.

According to TheCable, a presidency disclosed that Aisha has not been seen campaigning for Buhari because she is ill and currently receiving treatment abroad. The source said:

“For about two weeks now, you will observe that the president’s wife has not been campaigning. She is ill and she has travelled abroad for treatment.”

However, she will be back on Monday, according to the report.

Meanwhile, Suleiman Haruna, Aisha’s media, told the newspaper that he did not have any comments regarding the President Wife’s health. He said:

“Honestly, honestly, I don’t have any comment on that. People have been calling me. I don’t have any comment on that.”
