The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who leads the seven-man panel of the apex court on Wednesday, said the panel agreed that there is no merit in the appeal.
“The Appeal was hereby dismissed,” he said adding that the Supreme Court had been reviewing the case for the past two weeks.
