A Nigerian man identified as Elijah Amusa, who is stranded in Europe for over four years, has pleaded with well-meaning people and authorities to help him return back to his home country.
In a video shared online, the man who could heard speaking Yoruba language, said he left Nigeria to Italy in 2016 and tried to get documents but all to no avail.
According to him, he couldn’t work in Italy because he wasn’t able to get the necessary documents, so he travelled to in Frankfurt, Germany,
Amusan claimed he has signed the necessary documents in Germany seeking repatriation to Nigeria but the government has refused to grant his request despite sending others like him home.
He is now calling on Nigerians, the Federal Government and the European Union to get him back home to see his family again.
