2023 Presidency: Tinubu Begins Distribution Of Branded Bags Of Rice To Kano Residents [Photos]

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has begun distributing bags of rice and other foodstuffs to Kano residents ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

The former Lagos state governor, though his foundation, handed branded ‘Jagaban’ bags of rice to children and women as seen in a video that surfaced on social media.

An Instagram username @mansurah_isah of Today’s Life Foundation uploaded pictures of the event with a caption appreciating Mr Tinubu’s foundation for the food items.

KanyiDaily recalls that Tinubu had recently also donated a sum of N50 million to victims of Katsina Central Market fire incident.

But Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, berated the Lagos ex-governor, saying “charity begins at home.”
