“19 In Adamawa, 16 In Lagos” – Nigeria Confirms 47 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Hits 165,515

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 47 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 165,515.

"19 In Adamawa, 16 In Lagos" - Nigeria Confirms 47 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Hits 165,515 1

The NCDC made this known on Tuesday night via its official Twitter handle where it disclosed that the new cases were recorded in 7 seven states including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

According to the new report, Adamawa state led with 19 new infections, followed by Lagos – with 16, Enugu – 3, Kaduna – 3, Akwa Ibom – 2, Delta – 2 and FCT – 2.”
