Some youths were seen creating an awareness in viral photos by cooking and swimming in a muddy water to expose the terrible state of a popular road in Imo State.

KanyiDaily recalls that Before President Muhammadu Buhari visited Imo State last month, it was claimed the Nekede-Ihiagwa road is one of the roads that will be commissioned by the president alongside other projects.

However, photos emerging from the area shows that the road is still in a terrible state and members of the community are trying to raise awareness in the way they can.

In photos from the scene, the youths are seen cooking and swimming in the middle of muddy water to expose the bad road.
