“Insecure Idiot Forming Gangster” – David Hundeyin Attacks Burna Boy Over Club Shooting

Nigerian Investigative journalist, David Hundeyin has lambasted Grammy award-winning singer, Burna Boy over alleged shooting of two fun seekers by his police escort at Cubana Nightclub in Victoria Island, Lagos State.

KanyiDaily had reported that five policemen attached to the singer were arrested for attempted murder after they shot two fun seekers, Irebami Lawrence and another identified simply as Tolu, at Club Cubana in Lagos on Wednesday.

It was gathered that the incident happened when Lawrence kicked against Burna Boy’s attempt ‘to move on his wife’, insisting that it was disrespectful for any man to make advances at his wife.

During the heated confrontation, one of Burna Boy’s police escort identified as Ibrahim was said to have shot Lawrence in the thigh while his friend, Tolu, was hit in the head by a bullet.

Police spokesman, Olumuyiwa Adejobi has revealed that the two officers involved had been detained, while Burna Boy would be invited and interrogated about the inciden.

Taking to his Twitter page, the journalist slammed the singer for laughing at the victims while his police escort “shoots innocent people just minding their business.”

Describing Burna Boy as an insecure idiot who is forming gangster, Hundeyin argued that the singer was from a rich background and attended a private school, Corona School – the same school which Vice President Yemi Osinbajo attended.

Hundeyin wrote, “I’m sure if you take @burnaboy’s security away and put him in the same room with the actual kind of gangsta he’s always roleplaying, he will wet himself.

“Insecure idiot that went to Corona School but is out here waving guns and acting like the hardman he absolutely is not.

“Foolish child that went to the same school with Yemi Osinbajo but is out here forming Port Harcourt street boy and laughing while his security shoots innocent people just minding their business.

“One day that street you love to roleplay so much will catch you. One day.

“Which nonsense PH boy vibe? This òdè that was classroom olodo at Corona School? Born and raised in Lagos. Spoiled brat!”

KanyiDaily had also reported how a distraughted fan identified as Samuel O has accused Burna Boy of bashing his car and driving off without apology at the Lekki area of Lagos.
