Spokesman of the command, Benjamin Hundeyin, gave the advice in a short tweet on his handle on Monday afternoon.

He gave the advice while reacting to the domestic accident in the building which appears to the fault of a quack engineer.

The police spokesman disclosed that the water tank was in the building under renovation, saying that it fell through the roof of the next building and instantly killed the two brothers.

He added that the accident also injured two other persons, including the mother of the two brothers.

Hundeyin then called on the public to always do the right thing so that they would get the right results.

Do not use unqualified engineers! A water tank in a building under renovation fell through the roof of the next building, instantly killing two brothers, leaving their mother and one other injured. Do the right thing and get the right results!,” his tweet reads.

According to him, investigation into the incident has commenced and the engineer is already in police custody.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily had reported that the Lagos police command had asked ladies to take precautionary measures in order not to be caught up in difficult situations.

The police relations officer, Hundeyin gave the advice while reacting to messages he gets from ladies on a daily basis concerning men threatening to release their nude photos or videos.

He revealed that he gets tons of such messages and complaints from ladies saying some men do threaten to release their nude photos if they fail to send money.

According to him, while the police always take up such complaints from ladies, it is also advisable for ladies to prevent such situations  in the first place.
