The coffin of Queen Elizabeth II has arrived at Westminster Abbey for a grand state funeral.
The coffin arrived on Monday for the funeral, which is being attended by by 2,000 guests, including leaders from around the world.
The state gun carriage bearing the coffin was hauled to the abbey by Royal Navy sailors, according to the tradition that dates back to Queen Victoria’s funeral in 1901.
This was followed in a solemn procession by King Charles III and other senior royals.
