Nigeria’s Democracy Looks Like Salad With Mayonnaise – Shehu Sani

Former Kaduna Senator, Shehu Sani has described Nigeria’s democracy as “salad with mayonnaise.”

Sani stated this in a tweet on his handle on Sunday.

He stated this while weighing in on the politics around the three major presidential candidates and the reports that opposition governors are working with them.

The three major presidential candidates are Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP).

According to Sani, some APC governors are working for Atiku and some PDP governors are working for Tinubu (Jagaban).

The former senator also added that some PDP governors are working for Obi and some LP chieftains are also working for Atiku.

He wrote, “Some APC Governors Working for Atiku. Some PDP Governors working for Jagaban. Some PDP Governors working for Peter. Some Labour Chieftains working for Atiku.

“Nigeria’s democracy looks like Salad with mayonnaise.”

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC), has announced the closure of Ekehen Station in Edo state till further notice.

NRC announced this in a statement on Sunday.

It said the decision became necessary following rising security challenges.
